Pain and Functional Rehabilitation Experts is a comprehensive Pain Management Group that provides multiple options for patients. Our clinicians also provide pain management injections at three outpatient surgery centers dedicated to orthopedic and spine conditions and overall wellness. In our comprehensive approach we have access to prominent physical therapists, acupuncturists, chiropractors, massage therapists, internists, orthopedists and neurosurgeons. We have on site psychiatric evaluation, psychopharmacology, and behavioral medicine services.
Dr. Fuller has been on staff at the Cedars Sinai Medical Center and various clinics and surgery centers in Beverly Hills. Dr. Apostle is currently on staff at the Cedars Sinai Medical Center Spine Center and Pain Center. The two have worked together and with over forty combined years of practice in treating patients with acute and chronic pain.
Dr. Fuller completed his residency in Anesthesia at the Brigham and Women’s Medical Center, Harvard University. He completed his fellowship in pain management at the University of Washington, which is considered one of the foremost pain fellowship programs in the United States. Dr. Fuller is a Master Instructor for the Spine Intervention Society and has taught pain injection technique and safety to several hundred physicians across the nation for over a decade. He has worked with the most talent orthopedic and neurosurgery spine surgeons in California. He is frequently referred patients by internists, neurologists and surgeons throughout Southern California to provide care to patients with common to rare, complex pain syndromes. Dr. Fuller is Board certified in Anesthesiology and also Pain Management. He is the co-founder of Westside Anesthesia Services, a fee for service anesthesiology group that provides coverage to several facilities in Southern California. Dr. Fuller is also co-founder of Intelligent Pain Solutions, a single specialty pain management surgery center in Beverly Hills. Dr. He provides a full complement of spine and peripheral injections, and regenerative medicine injections. He is a master instructor of the Spine Intervention Society.
Dr. Apostle completed residency training in psychiatry at the LA County/University of Southern California Medical Center. He subsequently completed residency training in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at UCLA, where he served as the Chief Resident. Dr. Apostle is one of a dozen physicians in the United States trained in these two specialties. Dr. Apostle has privileges and serves as an attending physician at the Cedars Sinai Medical Center Spine Center ( http://www.cedars-sinai.edu/Patients/Programs-and-Services/Spine-Center/Expert-Team.aspx ) and the Cedars Sinai Medical Center Pain Center.
He is an attending physician in the Cedars Sinai Medical Center Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation as well as the Cedars Sinai Medical Center Department of Psychiatry. He has been active in these departments for 21 years.
Dr. Apostle founded Apostle Clinical Trials, Inc., which developed into a leading CNS Clinical Trial Site, specializing in Schizophrenia, Bipolar Disorder, Pulmonary and Pain indications. He has participated as a principle investigator or sub- investigator in over 40 complex FDA/industry sponsored clinical trials.
